Can anyone please advise?

I ordered Douglas's usual food online from pet planet (and wont use them again) it's taken them so long to get the food to me, he's run out! I'm missing 2 meals, and to save a 30 mile round trip to the nearest shop which sells arden grange (and even then not the right one), I'm looking for something which will be safe to feed him without upsetting his stomach just as a stop gap for tonight and the morning.

Can anyone recommend anything? Would frozen mince be ok? or frozen cooked chicken? Ideally something I can just pick up from co-op if at all possible! I don't 'do' human meat at all, so I'm a bit stupid with this stuff, sorry. I presume frozen mince would be ok? Don't want anything to cause bloat etc!

Chicken and rice / pasta will be fine its very bland and should not upset his tummy.
