when dora is groomed ready for a show we use a horse polisher to give her that extra shine it seems to work well on her not sure if it would work on a rough though,
its just like a dog grooming mit but for horses!

anyone else got any tips???

We have a couple of those too, great for the smooths, not so great on the roughcoats thouogh Sad

A shammy is great for getting rid of excess water after bathing, then blasing with your dryer, cuts drying time in half!

Year before last i did a grooming seminar for the Southern Club, we did talk about having another sometime complete with a 'show training' day for people that were new or wanted to have a go at showing ... nothing came of it tho sadly Sad

think that day would have been good

mine love being under the hair dryer ! and daisy refuses to come out of the shower she loves it sooo much !!
